We will ensure that at all times there will be products to sell at the offices and outlets. Even if we are still small to operate outlets across all towns and cities, our mobile team makes us flexible enough to move across to different locations to provide our services through the contact of our office.

Price

As we are still penetrating into the market our prices are relatively low as compared to those of the competition providing the same product. Competitive pricing will enable us to grow in the market and will attract a number of effective clients.

Target market

Our target market is a mixture of corporates, in the form of shops and individual customers both low and high income earners. Our organization will cater for all customers within and outside Harare, through our Office outlets, thus catering for both corporate and individuals.

Competition and market share

The industry is mainly dominated by foreigners most of who are operating mobile shops but are not in the country for long as they came as a result of political situations in their home countries. Tanith will have an advantage of being an organised business with long term objectives and ability to create longstanding relationships with clients.
